This robust PCB (Protection Circuit Module) is the essential guardian for applications demanding stable power and rigorous safety standards.
Ideal for powering a wide range of devices, from electric tools and DIY projects to backup systems and more, this board integrates comprehensive protection features to prevent battery damage from common hazardous conditions.
Comprehensive Cell Protection: Incorporates multiple layers of safety, including:
Over-Charge Protection: Automatically cuts off the charging current when any cell voltage exceeds the safe threshold, preventing damage and potential fire hazards.
Over-Discharge Protection: Disconnects the load when any cell voltage drops too low, preserving battery health and preventing irreversible capacity loss.
Over-Current Protection (OCP): Safeguards the battery and your device from excessive current draw, enhancing operational safety.
Short-Circuit Protection: Provides instantaneous shutdown in case of a short circuit, protecting both the battery and the connected electronics.
Enhanced Cell Balancing (Passive Balancing): Features built-in balancing circuitry that equalizes the voltage across all four cells in the series during the charging process. This ensures each cell charges to its full capacity, maximizes the overall pack lifespan, and maintains optimal performance.
Low Power Consumption: Engineered with an ultra-low self-consumption current, which minimizes drain on the battery pack when in storage or standby mode, thereby maximizing shelf life.
