Project Background

The Easton series UPS, as a critical power supply device for data centers and industrial environments, was originally equipped with a lead-acid battery system. As the equipment aged, users encountered problems such as short battery life, frequent maintenance, and large floor space requirements. We designed a 24S3P lithium battery upgrade solution for it, achieving a dual improvement in performance and reliability.

 

Battery pack configuration

Structure: 24S3P 

Rated voltage: 76.8V 

Capacity: 9Ah 

Power: 691.2Wh

 

Advantage:

Using LiFePO4 26650 cell, the internal resistance of the single cell is less than 0.8 mΩ. cycle life > 4000 times (with 80% capacity retention rate), support continuous discharge of 2C
